Overview

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to support the marketing of Verkada One , our annual customer conference, and Verkada One World Tour, our regional event series. Verkada One is our most important brand activation as well as a critical lever when it comes to driving pipeline for our business. Our most recent Verkada One, held this past September in Denver, CO, was attended by ~1200 prospects, customers, and partners and featured over 30 breakout sessions, industry training and certifications, high-profile keynote speakers, product announcements, and more.

We are looking to grow this even further in the coming year and aim for it to one day be the Oktane or Dream force of the physical security industry.

About the Role

This role will play a critical part in building pipeline and brand visibility through promotion of high-impact corporate events and brand activations. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Marketing, you’ll help plan and execute integrated promotional campaign strategies, with a strong focus on demand generation, registration growth, and event performance measurement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product teams to craft compelling event experiences that deliver results.

We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our HQ in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week.

What You'll Do
  • Own campaign strategy, execution, and optimization to drive awareness, registrations, ticket sales, and qualified attendance for Verkada One and Verkada One World Tour (international expansion of Verkada One).
  • Partner with sales to build highly targeted audience lists, develop nurture programs, and activate sales-driven outreach.
  • Identify and test high-converting channels (email, paid, social, web, retargeting, webinars, etc.) to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Build integrated, multi-channel promotional campaigns using existing event content, creative, and messaging.
  • Manage campaign calendars, launches, and tracking for all pre-event, in-event, and post-event activities.
  • Leverage CRM data to segment audiences and create targeted, personalized touchpoints that accelerate registration.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates and ROI for future campaigns.
    Build post-event performance reports for leadership, sales, and cross-functional teams.
  • Work with international teams to adapt and execute promotional campaigns for global markets.
  • Collaborate with corporate brand, paid media, and digital marketing teams to ensure consistency and maximum impact across channels.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B tech with a focus on campaign management & proven track record of driving registrations and pipeline through marketing campaign efforts.
  • Willingness to be onsite in San Mateo, CA, five days a week and travel occasionally for regional events.
  • Experience building and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns in partnership with sales.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and tracking performance metrics across channels
