Evotrex is building a new way to experience the outdoors—free, limitless, tech-driven, and beyond electric. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to scale awareness, demand, and conversion—and turn interest into subscribers, preorder customers, and long-term fans.

About the Role

This role is a critical part of our journey to build Evotrex as a brand and as a business from the ground up. You will own the full digital growth engine—driving website traffic growth, improving conversion, and increasing acquisition performance across subscriptions and preorders.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive qualified website traffic growth through paid media, SEO, and GEO, ensuring the right audiences discover Evotrex at the right moment, and continuously improving reach, relevance, and efficiency across channels.
  • Increase acquisition performance across subscriptions and preorders by building full-funnel strategies that move people from discovery to consideration to commitment.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid and performance marketing across search, social, display, and video, managing budgets, creatives, and targeting to improve CAC, ROAS, and scalability.
  • Own website and DTC conversion optimization, leading A/B testing on landing pages, product pages, messaging, and checkout flows to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Lead SEO and GEO strategy by optimizing content, structure, and technical foundations so Evotrex shows up in search results and generative AI answers where customers are looking.
  • Build lifecycle and retention programs through email, SMS, and CRM, designing journeys that nurture leads, convert subscribers into preorder customers, and build long-term loyalty.
  • Work cross-functionally with brand, product, sales, community, and events teams, leveraging both online and offline marketing activities to drive integrated growth.
  • Own growth reporting and dashboards, turning performance data into insights, experiments, and continuous improvement across the full growth funnel.
What You Bring
  • 8+ years of experience in digital growth, performance marketing, or demand generation, with clear ownership of traffic growth, acquisition, and conversion across multiple channels.
  • Experience in tech, automotive, or outdoor gear industries, ideally with high-priced products ($10,000+), and familiarity with long-consideration purchase journeys.
  • Proven ability to drive website traffic growth, increase acquisition performance, and scale subscriptions and preorders through data-driven strategies.
  • Hands-on expertise with paid media platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems, and experimentation frameworks, with the ability to both set strategy and execute directly.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, and content-driven growth, including technical, on-page, and authority-building tactics.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort building dashboards, reading funnels, and turning data into clear actions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work closely with brand, product, sales, community, and engineering teams.
  • Passion for the outdoors and adventure lifestyle, with personal interest in camping, overlanding, hiking, biking, or similar activities.
  • Curiosity about power technology, batteries, solar, and future energy systems, and how they enable new outdoor experiences.
