- Manage the definitions of marketing KPIS and metrics.
- Maintain and enhance the CMO dashboard.
- Build BI dashboards and reports for marketing leaders to make data-driven decisions.
- Provide weekly marketing performance reports & updates.
- Conduct deep analysis of marketing data to discover insights about campaign performance, channel effectiveness, demand gen efficiency, and pipeline conversion, etc.
- Benchmark performance across all online channels and advising on KPIs, conducting trending analysis.
- Analyze customer segments and their journey against target KPIs, such as funnel conversion and digital engagements, providing optimization recommendations.
- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at manager’s discretion. Create PowerPoint slides and narratives to share insights across sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Marketing analytics and BI reporting experience
