Position Summary

We’re looking for an Event Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this position, you’ll be responsible for building immersive brand experiences through live and virtual events, driving demand and building brand awareness.
You will take full ownership of managing relationships and communications for conferences, coordinating with vendors, overseeing the company’s tradeshow calendar, managing conference budgets, delivering post-event reports, and ensuring the smooth execution of event and tradeshow logistics.

Responsibilities
  • Event Pre-Planning:
    Lead all pre-event logistics, including vendor selection, staff registration and coordination, speaker communication and coordination. Manage show services, shipping, accommodations, and venue bookings. Track tasks to completion and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the Director of Marketing to align event strategies. Partner with marketing and creative teams to develop event assets, such as booth designs and materials. Work with sales and business operations to ensure target lists are enriched and communication is completed.
  • Event Calendar Management:
    Oversee the event calendar, coordinating attendance and logistics. Act as the main contact for event inquiries and coordination.
  • Budget Management:
    Help plan and monitor the event budget. Manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective outcomes that align with marketing goals.
  • 2+ years of experience in event management and marketing logistics, including trade shows.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality events that meet business and budget expectations.
  • Strong organizational skills in task management and documentation.
  • Effective collaborator across cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, sales and more).
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and work with vendors.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for managing pre- and post-event communications.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel 5-10% for on-site event management.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Marketing Automation (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot etc), Project Management (Asana, , Wrike etc).
