Base pay range

$55,000.00/hr - $75,000.00/hr

PH Financial Services is a family-owned management company based in St. Louis, overseeing three distinct brands — FLEX Payment Solutions (a fintech company serving specialized industries), Blue Frog Loans (an online consumer lending platform), and our network of storefront lending brands operating across multiple states.

We’re looking for a hands‑on marketing professional who enjoys variety in their day‑to‑day work. This is an opportunity for someone who likes to write, design, and manage projects across multiple brands — a creative problem‑solver who takes initiative, thrives on learning, and values the culture of a growing family business.

Position Overview

The Marketing & Creative Generalist is an in‑office full‑time position that will support the development, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across all brands and channels. This role combines creativity, organization, and communication — perfect for someone who likes to move between writing, design, campaign management, and brand coordination. Candidates must be flexible, as responsibilities will naturally evolve as the company grows and priorities shift.

You’ll touch nearly every part of the marketing process — from crafting content and updating websites to helping plan promotions and coordinate vendors — and will play a key role in helping our brands stay consistent and connected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create marketing collateral — from newsletters and social posts to direct mail and flyers — combining strong writing with clean, thoughtful design in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Assist with website updates and maintenance in Wix and Word Press.
  • Support the creation and execution of email and text campaigns through Hub Spot and other internal systems.
  • Help manage brand consistency across all materials, ensuring messaging aligns with our brand guidelines and tone.
  • Contribute to content calendars for social media and email marketing and monitor engagement metrics to help optimize results.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support campaigns, internal communications, and local store promotions.
  • Coordinate with vendors for signage, printing, and promotional items.
  • Support media outreach and other awareness‑building efforts for our brands.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional / Evolving Responsibilities
  • Participate in larger marketing initiatives and assist with campaign ideation or creative concepting as our department continues to grow.
  • Support internal incentive programs, contests, and event‑based marketing as needed.
  • Our Linked In posting process and certain FLEX promotions are currently managed by other team members, but these responsibilities may transition into this role (or to a future new hire) over time.
Qualifications
  • This is a mid‑level position with approximately 4‑7 years of experience in marketing or related field.
  • Please be prepared to share examples of your design and/or writing work that highlight your personal style, attention to detail, and ability to translate ideas into clean, effective visuals. Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is required.
  • Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite a must, Canva a plus).
  • Experience with social media management and email marketing tools (Hub Spot experience preferred).
  • Comfortable working in CMS platforms (Word Press, Wix).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Eager to learn new tools and systems, and willing to dive into new areas as the business grows.
  • SEO, analytics and video editing experience is a plus.
