SetPoint Medical’s Marketing Communications Manager will play a key role in shaping the company’s voice across digital, print, and in-person communication channels. This role supports product launches, brand initiatives, sales enablement, and thought leadership efforts. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare, understands regulatory and compliance requirements, and excels at transforming technical information into clear, impactful messaging.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans to support product launches, campaigns, and corporate initiatives.
  • Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Manage relationships with PR firm and execute on PR initiatives.
  • Lead digital and print marketing campaigns, including development of website updates, email marketing, landing pages, social media content, brochures, marketing and training presentations, and case studies.
  • Leverage AI and MLL tools to optimize content development, search optimization and user experience.
  • Translate complex clinical data, product specs, and scientific information into clear, customer-focused messaging.
  • Collaborate with medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between messaging and customer needs.
  • Support planning for conferences, trade shows, and webinars, including booth messaging, promotional materials, and post-event communications.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for internal events, including in-house training events, national sales meetings, and regional and national trade shows and conferences.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and vendors as needed.
  • Complete administrative and training requirements on time and accurately.
  • Maintain company standards involving ethical and moral character and always represent the company with the highest professional standards.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare technology.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to distill technical information into clear, engaging content.
  • Proficiency with content management systems, marketing automation platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a diverse cross‑functional team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and training skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with pharmaceuticals and/or rheumatology therapies.
  • Experience or willingness to learn SEO and GEO website development.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform routine physical tasks, including lifting up to 20 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in a sitting position and performing repetitive tasks.
Work Location and Travel
  • This position can be remote or located at the company headquarters in Valencia, CA.
  • Ability to travel within the U.S. (up to 30%).
