Job Summary

The Sr. Marketing Specialist (Omnichannel Promotions) under Retail & Experience Marketing Team will drive promotional strategy and execution across our e‑commerce and brick‑and‑mortar stores. This critical role owns the promotional calendar, manages the budget, and conducts post‑event analysis to maximize revenue and margin. A key function is acting as the liaison to the global corporate office, ensuring local promotions are synchronized with worldwide marketing efforts.

What

You’ll Do
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the U.S. promotional calendar, integrating both in‑store and e‑commerce events to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Design and propose promotional mechanics (e.g., percentage‑off, gift‑with‑purchase, threshold‑based incentives) that drive key business metrics like conversion, average order value (AOV), and customer retention.
  • Plan and execute exclusive offers, acquisition campaigns, and benefits activation for our membership and loyalty program members across all omnichannel touchpoints (e‑commerce, app, and in‑store).
  • Own the promotional budget, forecasting spends, and managing reconciliation for all U.S. offers and activation costs to maximize promotional ROI.
  • Translate global marketing guidelines and promotional directives into regionally appropriate and legally compliant U.S. campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Retail, Merchandising, and Creative teams to ensure accurate setup, testing, and flawless launch of all promotions (e.g., correct pricing in POS systems, accurate website banner display).
  • Conduct rigorous post‑mortem analysis on all promotions, identifying drivers of success and areas for improvement using key metrics such as sales lift, incremental revenue, redemption rates, and impact on margin.
  • Continuously monitor the promotional activity of key beauty and specialty retail competitors to identify trends and inform future strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, Promotions, or Merchandising, ideally within beauty, CPG, or specialty retail
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing campaigns across both e‑commerce and physical retail channels (omnichannel expertise is required). Experience managing membership/loyalty programs a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required for financial analysis, reporting, and presentations
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using sales data (POS data, web analytics) to measure program effectiveness and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience collaborating with or presenting to global or cross‑cultural teams
  • Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
