We’re looking for a hungry, always-on social expert to build and scale our US influencer revenue engine for a fast-growing athleisure brand. This role is for someone who lives on Tik Tok and Instagram, moves fast, and knows how to turn creators into real sales.
Full Time Salaried, $80-90k
What you’ll do:- Own influencer sales end to end: creator sourcing, deals, launches, and performance
- Build an always-on creator program that drives revenue and ROAS
- Negotiate performance-based deals (CPMs, rev share, affiliate, Tik Tok Shop)
- Track and optimize aggressively across conversion, CAC, and profitability
- Stay ahead of trends and act fast on what’s converting
- Revenue-driven, competitive, and deeply plugged into social culture
- Proven experience driving sales through influencer or creator programs
- Strong negotiator with a performance mindset
- Fast, scrappy, and hands-on
Tik Tok Shop, UGC scale, or fashion/athleisure DTC experience.
