Senior Director of Marketing
Reports to: Vice Chairman / Chief Business Officer (CBO)

About the Role:
The Senior Director of Marketing is responsible for the overall marketing strategy and execution of building the Company’s brand. This leader will drive the development of the Company’s communication narrative, sales and marketing materials, and social media presence.
This role is heavily focused on inbound marketing and clearly communicating the Company’s value proposition, rather than broad brand awareness. As a premium brand, the Company prioritizes messaging that conveys exclusivity and scarcity.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term inbound marketing strategy aligned with the Company’s mission, vision, and business objectives.
- Lead the overall marketing direction and ensure a unified brand voice across all divisions.
- Brand Marketing
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all client touchpoints.
- Incorporate consumer and retailer insights into marketing strategy to continuously enhance brand relevance and appeal.
- Oversee the creation of marketing decks and other materials for the Company and its subsidiaries.
- Lead the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives across the Company website, social media platforms, and inbound content channels.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content that educates, informs, and engages prospective and existing clients.
- Market Research & Data Analytics
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, client needs, and growth opportunities.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize marketing initiatives.
- Budget Management
- Monitor and manage marketing spend to ensure cost efficiency while achieving desired outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (Director level or similar).
- Proven success leading large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional partnerships with a collaborative leadership style.
- Experience working with marketing technology tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide strategy.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and social media platforms.
- Strong grasp of premium brand positioning, including how to communicate exclusivity and scarcity.
- High level of creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
