We are looking for quality candidates for our fast‑paced and hands‑on manufacturing positions. These positions require safe and efficient operations as well as attention to detail and exceptional quality. If you have these skills, you may be a great fit for Red Wing Shoe Company.

• Starting Pay: $18.42/hour; after 3‑month probationary period, increased to $19.42/hr.
• Day shift, Monday‑Thursday 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., overtime on Friday if needed.

• Minimum of 1 year of continuous experience on a factory production line, warehouse, or physically demanding job requiring similar physical capabilities.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Background in woodworking, auto repair, industrial sewing, carpentry, or similar manufacturing work.

• Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.
• Capability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours per day.
• Perform repetitive reaching (both forward and above shoulder level), twisting, bending, and various hand and wrist motions (pinching, gripping, grasping, twisting, pushing, pulling) for up to 12 hours.
• Operate in a fast‑paced environment, keeping pace with the production line to ensure efficient factory operation.
