Marmon - - Responsibilities:
Operate and control Pilger Mills to reduce shells from the press into workable tube for drawing into product;
Maintain awareness of process status and ensure safe, normal production operations;
Perform safe start-up checks at the beginning of the shift;
Use monitors and control panels to run copper through the Pilger Mills;
Lubricate dies and bearings as required; safely shut down the machine at end of shift
