Production Team Lead - 2nd Shift; Secondary Department

Sinclair & Rush is looking for an experienced manufacturing team member to help support and coordinate our Secondary Department on 2nd shift
. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role and help guide the team on the production floor

This is a working lead position
, meaning you will support the team and step in on equipment when needed.

• Help lead and support secondary operators during the shift
• Assign work and help keep production running smoothly
• Monitor output and ensure quality standards are met
• Train new employees and reinforce procedures
• Communicate production or quality concerns to supervisors
• Promote and maintain safe work practices

• Permasealing
• Labeling and punching
• Secondary equipment operation
• Quality checks and packaging accuracy
• Production tracking and documentation Qualifications
  • Prior manufacturing experience required
  • Lead or supervisory experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stay organized and support a team on the production floor
