Our client is seeking a hands-on Plant Operations Manager. to lead day-to-day HVAC manufacturing execution. The position reports directly to the site leader and plays a critical role in driving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development performance.
Your Role:- Full responsibility for multiple shift manufacturing operations
- Lead a large production team – 200 employees (fabrication and assembly)
- Lean Transformation
- Delivers performance improvement with breakthrough mentality
- World-class business system foundation
- Mobile, high potential, ready for site leadership
Experience:
- 5-10 years progressive industrial manufacturing roles
- Lean implementation (daily management, standard work, problem-solving)
- Willingness to relocate and grow within the organization
- Base: $150,000–$160,000
- 15% annual bonus
- Full benefits + relocation support
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Authorized to work in the United States
