Trim and Grinds Scheduler responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Creating a daily production schedule for both trim and grind

• Coordinate the daily shipment of all finished goods

• Respond to sales/customer inquiries in a prompt & courteous manner

• Communicate with plant personnel to resolve any production issues

• Collaborate with the scheduling staff to meet customer needs

• Other tasks & projects as requested by management & plant personnel

• Ability to discern how to optimize daily production schedules

• Write, monitor, and adjust daily production schedules for trim and grind

• Work with sales on availabilities of product

• Work with order entry to process orders

• Process ties coming thru the tie screen

• Process tie and order revisions

• Work with box & combo load-out to get loads loaded by DDT

• Follow the load list daily to get loads completed

• Send floater to help keep boxes moving

• Monitor inventory adjustments, rework, and boxes on QA hold

• Other tasks and projects as needed or required

General

Hours:

4:30 am to 2 pm

This is an on-site position.

Qualified candidates for the Trim and Grinds Scheduler position should possess the following:

• Understanding of all NBP production capabilities

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Strong mathematical and accounting skills

• Thrive in stressful and ever-changing circumstances.

• Excellent oral & written communication skills

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
