As a Shipping Lead, you will support proper accountability of all finished goods into and out of the Automated Warehouse (ASRS) and ensure product is of high quality before loading onto trucks and before entering ASRS. You will support the ASRS Specialist with maintaining ASRS reliability and up‑time through manual pallet intervention, fault recovery, and completing small projects for the ASRS system.
You will coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor to support receiving, handling, and shipment of all finished products.
In this position, you will enjoy competitive weekly pay starting at $23.84 an hour during the new hire probation period and increasing to $28.74 an hour after probation, as well as overtime pay, quarterly bonuses, full health benefits, 401(k) match, paid time off, excellent maternity/paternity leave and so much more!
This position will require you to work 2nd shift, along with overtime, on a 12 days on & 2 days off schedule.
- Support ASRS Specialist with small projects and maintaining system up‑time
- Perform risk assessment and support TPM initiatives including proficiency in digital solutions
- Load truck shipments as needed
- Support Warehouse Coordinator with inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and retagging of product
- Clean, inspect, and lubricate ASRS equipment
- Load and unload product in a safe and efficient manner
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, logistics, military, or related environment.
- 1+ years experience operating a forklift
