Our client is a creative manufacturer of artificial rock, stone, brick, and wood paneling used in homes, businesses, and projects all across the country. They're growing and looking for a hands-on Production Associate to join their team.
If you enjoy working with tools, building things, and seeing real results at the end of the day, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
You'll have the chance to rotate through different areas to find where your skills shine:
Fabrication
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials
- Read construction plans and follow specifications
- Work with shop tools like table saws, miter saws, and panel saws
- General labor and heavy production
- Lift and move panels (up to 50-60 lbs)
- Help keep production moving smoothly
- Read customer orders
- Pack, wrap, and prepare products for shipment
- Gather order specs and assist with staging
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Paint wood, artificial rock features, trees, and accessories
- Apply finishing touches that make products look amazing
- Self directed and love working with your hands
- Comfortable using shop tools and reading a tape measure accurately
- Ability to read basic construction plans
- Basic math and computer skills
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs
- Reliable, motivated, and ready to learn
- Finish carpentry
- Molding or foam work
- Hands-on work with creative products
