Hours: 7am-3:30pm
We are seeking candidates with experience using hand and power tools to assemble a variety of products, working with both manual tools and fasteners such as nuts and bolts. This company in Kansas City, MO provides opportunities for growth in areas including fabrication, machining, and welding. Interested applicants should include an updated work history when applying. This is an associate to hire role.
AssemblerResponsibilities
- Read detailed assembly instructions, diagrams, and blueprints to understand the correct sequence of assembly
- Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers to attach nuts, bolts, and other fasteners to components
- Utilize power tools such as drills, impact drivers, and pneumatic wrenches to properly assembly products
- Inspect components and finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications
- Help with packaging and shipping duties
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficient workflow
- Mechanically inclined and/or assembling/installing experience
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Good attendance is a must
- Steel toe shoes required
