Responsibilities:
- Fixing non-conforming products using high-speed equipment.
- Operating, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and cleaning equipment used in manufacturing and packaging processes.
- Completing production batches and associated documentation accurately and timely.
- Conducting AQL inspections, reworks, and material reconciliation.
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
- Contributing to a positive work environment.
- Following safety policies and procedures.
- Maintaining work areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to remain stationary, often standing, for prolonged periods.
- Ability to ascend/descend stairs, ladders, ramps, etc.
- Correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Ability to operate heavy machinery.
- Ability to adjust or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds in all directions.
