Food Production Worker

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Mixing Room Production Worker to join their team. As a Mixing Room Production Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting the overall manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $16.25 per hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Set up and operate machines to mix, grind, or blend materials such as chemicals, food ingredients, pigments, or other raw materials.

+ Cut, weigh or measure materials, ingredients, and products to ensure conformance to specifications.

+ Monitor equipment to detect and troubleshoot malfunctions, adjusting settings as necessary.

+ Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area and follow all safety protocols.

+ Record production data, including volume produced, raw material usage, and machine performance.

** What's Needed?*
* + No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.

+ Ability to follow batch formulas or mixing instructions carefully.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Willingness to perform routine maintenance on machines.

+ Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
