Sign Fabricator Responsibilities

• Fabricate signs using a variety of mediums and techniques
• Skilled in welding, operating shears, grinders, torches, press brakes, and drill presses as needed
• Read and interpret product schematics and assembly instructions
• Verify dimensions and product specifications
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards
• Follow assembly safety standards
• Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities
• Work in various environments - including hot and cold weather - while wearing all required PPE

• Sign Fabricator Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in MIG, flux core, TIG, stick, and aluminum welding
• Strong dexterity and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality craftsmanship
• Signage industry experience is required
• Certified Welding Certificate is preferred but not required
• Must be comfortable in a manufacturing plant environment

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, skill level, and certifications.
