Education Level High School## Description
** PURPOSE
* * This position is responsible for the production and packaging of products.
** RESPONSIBILITIES
* ** Operate production equipment to package Hot Shot's Secret products
* Ensure product packaging is clean, straight and filled to the correct amount
* Work in a variety of areas from operating equipment on a packaging line, assembling kits, filling large containers of product to labeling bottles
* Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e. Bendi, Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper, and Electrical Pallet Jacks)
* Reports any mechanical problems
* Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes
* Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices
* Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
* Other duties as assigned

*** Good verbal communication skills
* Must be able to work as part of a team and be capable of self-direction
* Ability to be flexible based on production levels
* Ability to stand, walk, perform repetitive tasks and lift for long periods of time throughout the day
* Must have high attention to detail and desire to produce quality products
** EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
*** High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience operating a forklift is a plus## Qualifications
** OTHER INFORMATION
*** Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
* Overtime occasionally required
