Role PurposeResponsible for the development and industrialization of E‑coat and sealer manufacturing processes, ensuring corrosion protection, sealing performance, and production robustness within a new factory environment.
Key Responsibilities- Define E‑coat and sealer process requirements, equipment concepts, and material application strategies.
- Develop and maintain PFMEA and Control Plans for E‑coat and sealer operations.
- Support digital manufacturing validation, including process flow simulations.
- Prepare early manufacturing readiness documentation to support facility and equipment design.
- Collaborate with Product, Materials, and Quality teams to ensure performance targets.
- Support trials, pilot operations, and ramp‑up.
- Participate in Program Integration & Governance activities and change‑management processes.
- Experience in automotive paint processes (E‑coat and/or sealing).
- Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems.
- Experience with greenfield paint shops.
- Familiarity with digital manufacturing validation tools.
The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience, education, and qualifications.
Pay Range$95,000 - $112,000 USD
