Overview
Duties are generally performed under the direct supervision of the Molding Supervisor. This position includes setting up CTs to be encapsulated; by prepping CTs, preparing molds and pouring epoxy to required specs. Also working with new and special designs. Must be able to use and have a general understanding of measurement devices and follow product dimensions on the core specification sheet.
This position involves working with industrial chemicals such as epoxies, RTV, mold release agents, and related material while following all safety and PPE requirements.

- Set up CTs to be encapsulated; prep CTs, prepare molds and pour epoxy to required specs.
- Work with new and special designs.
- Use and understand measurement devices and follow product dimensions on the core specification sheet.
- Work with industrial chemicals such as epoxies, RTV, mold release agents, and related materials while following safety and PPE requirements.
- Understand the operation and upkeep of molding equipment and document accordingly.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Read, use, and understand measuring devices
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Punctual, reliable and have a good work ethic
- Ability to work well with others and foster teamwork
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
