Machine Operator

Overview

The Fabricator operates various fabrication machinery including computer-controlled wire-saws, band saws, routers, and spray glue systems. This person is able to measure and check goods throughout the manufacturing process to ensure the highest quality of finished product. Follows all safety procedures and understands all safety equipment. Responsible for accuracy of all materials including, but not limited to size, glue usage, jacket usage, quantity, and labeling of boxes as needed.

This is a non-welding fabricator position.

• Operate fabrication equipment and understand all functions of production.
• Assist with operating equipment by following guidelines and processes.
• Perform routine adjustments to the equipment.
• Focus on quality and accuracy.
• Assist with general clean-up.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks when needed.
• Perform forklift operations in compliance with forklift training and safety guidelines.
• Will be required to perform all other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience, required.
• 1-3 years of fabrication required.
• Must be able to run Microsoft Windows programs.

Salary:
Hourly wage range of $19-24/hour
