Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a HEAVY Metal Assembler to join their team. As a Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn multiple jobs, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:Assembler
The Assembler must be able to assemble electrical enclosures, install sub panels and other various hardware.
$17 on 3rd
Third-9pm-530am
Pay Range: $16/17
What's the Job?Performs processes to complete enclosure assemblies and sub-assemblies, using hand tools, and electronic and pneumatic tooling.
Prepare finished product by checking for defects in detail and/or cosmetic appearance.
Report defective materials or questionable quality conditions to the department SME.
Perform all essential functions/duties within quality requirements.
Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
Follow all required safety procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What's Needed?- A minimum of one year experience as an assembler in a manufacturing environment is required. Preferrably in metal.
- Ability to handle the heat
- Ability to work as a team
- Ability to lift 50#'s
- Excellent attendance and a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to cross-train.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and rotate through various assembly tasks.
- Ability to participate in making management decisions affecting the work.
