* Position Summary:

** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Beamline Operator to operate our Python

X Beam Machine, LS Industries Blaster, and associated material handling equipment including overhead cranes and powered industrial trucks. This role plays a vital part in the fabrication process by ensuring structural steel components are processed accurately, efficiently, and safely to meet production schedules and quality standards.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Operate and maintain the Python

X Beamline Machine, ensuring precision cuts, holes, and marks on structural steel.
* Operate the LS Industries Shot Blaster to clean and prepare steel beams for fabrication or finishing.
* Load, unload, and maneuver raw materials and finished components using overhead cranes, forklifts, and other powered equipment.
* Interpret fabrication drawings, work orders, and technical instructions to ensure accurate processing.
* Perform basic machine troubleshooting and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Monitor machine outputs to verify compliance with specifications and tolerances.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all company safety policies and procedures.
* Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and quality inspectors to meet production goals.
* Log production data, equipment checks, and maintenance activities as required.

* Other duties as assigned or appropriate.## Qualifications

Required:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience operating CNC machinery, beamlines, or similar automated fabrication equipment.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and fabrication drawings.
* Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts
* Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment maintenance.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Commitment to workplace safety and quality.

Preferred:
* Prior experience with the Python

X Structural Fabrication System.
* Experience using industrial blasters.
* Familiarity with structural steel fabrication and material identification.
