The operator role in St. Louis, MO offers a challenging opportunity to produce a high‑quality product that enriches others’ lives. This position contributes to all phases of the production process with autonomy, mastery, and purpose while working under direct supervision on standardized duties using established procedures or written instructions. The ideal candidate works effectively individually and in teams.

Hours: 6:45 am – 3:15 pm

Pay: $19.06

• Follow work instructions
• Set‑up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment, tools, and machinery, including complex equipment to prepare and assemble product
• Assure product meets all quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Meet production metrics (takt time)
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, rejects, and production times

• Basic math skills
• Read and comprehend measurements
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to work individually and in teams
• Ability to multi‑task
• Ability to lift a maximum of 30 pounds

• High school diploma/GED certificate or equivalent
• Up to three years of related work experience is preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge with basic computer systems
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Willingness to be a cross‑functional team member
• Desire to learn new skills and follow directions
• Hand dexterity is desired
