Overview
Job Summary The Assembler must be able to assemble electrical enclosures, install sub panels and other various hardware.
Duties/ResponsibilitiesPerforms processes to complete enclosure assemblies and sub-assemblies, using hand tools, and electronic and pneumatic tooling.
Prepare finished product by checking for defects in detail and/or cosmetic appearance.
Report defective materials or questionable quality conditions to the department SME.
Perform All Essential Functions/duties Within Quality Requirements.
Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Follow all required safety procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/AbilitiesAbility to follow established SOPs and Work Instructions.
Must have knowledge and be able to use basic hand tools.
Must be able to follow directions and work in a fast paced, team environment.
Must be able to read a tape measure.
Must be detail-oriented and thorough.
Ability to complete required paperwork accurately.
Education And ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of standing.
Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
