VMWare Migration Engineer

Job Description

• Proven VMware→Xen Server migrations (pilot→waves→cutover) with runbooks and rollback plans.
• Strong Citrix Hypervisor/Xen Server (pools, SRs, networking, HA) + solid VMware vSphere/ESXi.
• CVAD exposure (images, profiles, app/desktop publishing), Net Scaler/ADC basics.
• V2V/OVF-OVA export/import, driver/tools adjustments, storage/network re-mapping.
• Scripting/automation (Power Shell/CLI/XS), excellent troubleshooting, independent operator and problem solver.
