What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Troubleshoot the root cause of technical issues on various product equipment and identify necessary actions to resolve them
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers and departments to ensure continuous communication and support
  • Participate in New Product Development (NPD) teams as a service representative and review engineering change notices
  • Communicate service‑related documentation, such as field bulletins and product updates, to internal and external customers
  • Review current processes related to documentation and work performance for troubleshooting and diagnosing
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or its equivalent with three (3) or more years of experience in the field or a related area
  • Strong problem‑solving capabilities
  • Skilled in verbal and written communication
  • Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Experience in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with contact center or hands‑on equipment repair work
  • Familiarity with technical support processes in the manufacturing sector
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the access equipment industry
  • Ability to contribute to continuous training efforts and knowledge sharing
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively in team environments
