Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform plant maintenance using standard operating procedures within the vegetation and flowering rooms
• Monitor plant health
• Must follow all applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines; including the safe and proper operation of any/all applicable machinery, instrumentation, and equipment.
• Work as a team to meet production schedules.
• Good communication skills with co-workers and management.
• Practice good housekeeping habits throughout the plant with focus and personal contributions towards a clean and organized assigned work area at the end of the assigned shift. Including, mopping floors, sanitizing work spaces and sweeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records of daily production and communicate those records to management.
• Understand and apply the use of Bio Track, our seed to sale tracking program.
• Possess a willingness to work hard and learn every day.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Greenhouse experience a plus, but not required
• Working longer hours as needed, including weekends and holidays.
• Working indoors as well as outdoors during all seasonal temperatures and weather conditions.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs., ability to perform tasks sitting, standing, stretching, walking, bending, reaching and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to work as a team player
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a Federal background check
• Must be willing and able to wear all required PPE
