Position Summary and Responsibilities

Ready to roll up your sleeves and be at the heart of something great? Join Parker as a Production Worker and power our manufacturing engine! You’ll operate advanced machinery, assemble top-quality products, and play a hands‑on role in delivering excellence every single day.

  • Operate cutting‑edge manufacturing equipment to create top‑tier pleated filters and filtration products.
  • Lead the charge in safety by rigorously following all procedures and wearing protective gear.
  • Own the quality of every product you touch, ensuring it meets our high standards.
  • Safely lift and move materials and finished goods, using the right tools and techniques.
  • Maintain a spotless, orderly workspace that fuels efficiency, safety, and pride.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
  • Able to read, interpret and follow work instructions.
  • Willingness to learn all aspects of the process and move from business needs warrant.
  • Outstanding teamwork – must be able to work successfully and effectively with others.
  • Technical capacity required.
  • Working knowledge of>
  • Able to stand, sit and walk throughout an entire shift.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • le to use hand tools.
  • Able and willing to work a modified shift or multiple shifts as needed.
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
