** Duties and Responsibilities**:
* Troubleshooting, Calibration, and QA/QC of newly manufactured and legacy laser-based optomechanical instrumentation to meet on-time volume production goals.
* Interaction with customers to troubleshoot, repair, and recalibrate their existing laser-based optomechanical instrumentation remotely and in the factory.
* Assistance in the development and documentation of instruments, test plans, wiring schematics, and assembly procedures.
* Provide internal quotations for repair and/or calibration to the CAI Sales team for further liaising with customers
* Working with the CAI Sales team to train and assist customers using CAI and ENVEA instrumentation.
* Some lifting and moving will be necessary up to 50lbs.#LI-DNI
