Production Operator

Kemin is seeking full‑time Production Operators for our Missouri campus. The campus operates in both Verona and Sarcoxie and was awarded the 2025 "Leader of the Pack" for safety by the Missouri Association of Manufacturers. The primary location for this position is in Verona, Missouri.

• Assemble and process raw materials for production.
• Operate equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and report any issues.
• Correctly sample, package, seal, label, palletize, and wrap products.
• Enter data into the computer system.
• Operate a forklift.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Procedures and maintain food safety standards.
• Maintain housekeeping standards.
• Ensure the quality of finished product meets specifications and is safe for our beloved pets.
• Other duties as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Related experience in production is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work both the Verona and Sarcoxie sites as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods and to climb stairs.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift 55 lbs.
• Ability to solve basic problems.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
