Downline Operator – 2nd Shift

A leading beverage manufacturing company in Fontana has an open position for a Downline Operator. The candidate must have good attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast paced environment. The candidate must also be willing to work Second Shift (2:00 pm-10:30 pm).

Responsible to ensure efficient operation of distribution equipment and supports maintenance activities.

• Monitor and fix equipment faults as well as clearing any material jams
• Conduct quality checks on product as required
• Monitor raw materials and supplies to ensure uninterrupted production runs
• Support mechanics in appropriate maintenance activities
• Clear lines as required during production runs as well as intermediate clearance during down times of straws, consumables, fallen packs and clear glue build-up
• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time

• High School Diploma
• Previous line production experience preferred
