Packaging Line Technician

Day Shift 7am - 3:30pm (Mon-Fri)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and root‑cause analysis support.
• Operate and troubleshoot a variety of packaging equipment in a fast‑paced production line.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English; maintain accurate production logs.
• Track line efficiency data; maintain logs to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to required GMP quality standards for all work performed.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve changeover time and overall line efficiency.

• 6+ months experience in manufacturing, packaging, or shipping environments.
• Ability to read and follow procedures, GMPs, batch records, and verbal/written instructions.
• Self‑directed, adaptable to frequent changes, and committed to continuous improvement.

• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs with mechanical aids and perform repetitive tasks such as pulling, pushing, bending, and standing for full shifts.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills in English.
• Physical endurance for standing, walking, and operating equipment throughout the shift.

Salary range: $41,000 - $68,000
. Actual compensation will consider location, experience, and qualifications per applicable laws.
