- Responsible for proper lubrication of equipment, designated oil changes and minor machine repair.
- Purge and wash down of all machines.
- Material handling of WIP tubs.
- Staging of material at machine and loading/removing WIP material from parts hopper.
- Responsible to report any equipment malfunctions, production shortages, excessive tool usage or other system failures related to job to supervisor.
- Responsible to dump scrap into designated container, weigh, and fill out scrap ticket to give to supervisor.
- Responsible for becoming familiar with machine controls, operation, adjustments and proper care of machines as outlined in manufacturer’s manuals.
- Responsible for understanding how to operate control panel on assigned machine.
- Completes necessary records for production and down time.
- Follows work instructions for first piece tickets.
- Recording and weighing of production tubs and scrap from all rollers.
- Conduct pan checks to ensure product quality.
- Clean dies and other tooling.
- Assist with setup teardown.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher level staff
