Maintenance Electrical Technician – 2nd Shift (2PM–10PM)

Bridgeton, MO | Onsite | Full-Time

We’re partnering with a well-established consumer products manufacturer to add an experienced Maintenance Electrical Technician to their 2nd shift operations. This role supports a high-volume production facility, ensuring equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement across the plant.

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues on production and packaging machinery
• Perform root‑cause analysis and implement long‑term corrective actions
• Set up, adjust, and maintain equipment to meet operational standards
• Use PLC ladder logic (Allen Bradley) for troubleshooting
• Follow preventative maintenance routines, including lubrication and cleaning
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance uptime and reduce operating costs
• Maintain electrical parts inventory and follow all safety procedures
• Work closely with maintenance leadership to address equipment concerns

• 5+ years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read electrical schematics and interpret technical documentation
• Understanding of PLCs and hands‑on troubleshooting using Allen Bradley systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working in a fast‑paced production setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, bend, operate forklifts, and handle physical tasks
• Technical school or associate‑level training preferred
