Rate
: $29.03 to $32.34 per hour (+ $3.00 shift differential)

We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead production operations in a fast-paced injection molding environment. This role is responsible for supervising shift personnel, driving safe and efficient production, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining strong communication between shifts.

• Supervise and support all personnel on the assigned shift
• Ensure operations are conducted safely and in compliance with all company policies
• Lead effective shift handoffs, including review of production status, priorities, and logbooks
• Maximize production output while maintaining quality and cycle time standards
• Train and develop shift team members (leads, material handlers, setup staff)
• Verify correct materials, colors, packaging, and machine operation at all workstations
• Monitor mechanical, mold, and machine safeties and ensure proper use
• Address quality, safety, and operational concerns promptly with management
• Complete accurate production reports and documentation
• Oversee housekeeping, tool control, scrap handling, and job close-out processes
• Submit maintenance and tooling requests as issues arise

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of injection molding experience
• Effective communication and team leadership skills
• Advanced knowledge of plastic processing and machine operation
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Forklift certified (or ability to become certified)
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Ability to climb ladders and work from lifts
• Ability to work in hot/cold manufacturing environments
• Steel-toe footwear required
• Ability to work with hands and tools above shoulder height
