• Operate large sanders/grinder machines for polishing.
• Work with large scale polishers.
• Work in loud area.
• Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.
• Discern quality of parts and materials.
• Follow company procedures and directives.
• Maintain the tools used to create products.
• Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.

• High school diploma/GED.
• Construction background experience a plus.

• Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods or lifting objects with an established maximum weight.
• Ability to follow directions accurately.
• Attention to detail and organization skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be a U.S citizen.
• Overtime available.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug test.
