Production Technician - Insertion Tubes

• Support the company's Mission and Vision, and comply with its Values
• Collaborate effectively with the production supervisors, leads and company personnel to solve problems and achieve the required results
• Identify process improvements to increase value added work and decrease waste
• Able and willing to work in different production areas to support the company's production plans
• Manufacture medical device products by strictly following work instructions and technical drawings.
• Set up and operate manufacturing, braiding and extrusion equipment.
• Monitor equipment and product quality to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Conduct routine Quality Control inspections and document findings throughout the production process.
• Clean and maintain machinery, tools, and work spaces to promote safety and efficiency.
• Power down equipment at end of shift or when unattended.
• Collaborate with team members through cross-training and process improvement initiatives.
• Follow established procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain a safe working area throughout the shift
• Follow company's Safety policies and procedures

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, medical device manufacturing preferred
• Experience in extrusion and/or printing preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Knowledge of or ability to work within a quality managed environment and comply with company's quality management system.
• Skilled with basic hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.
• Self-motivated, focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team player and adaptable to company's culture
