- Support the company's Mission and Vision, and comply with its Values
- Collaborate effectively with the production supervisors, leads and company personnel to solve problems and achieve the required results
- Identify process improvements to increase value added work and decrease waste
- Able and willing to work in different production areas to support the company's production plans
- Manufacture medical device products by strictly following work instructions and technical drawings.
- Set up and operate manufacturing, braiding and extrusion equipment.
- Monitor equipment and product quality to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Conduct routine Quality Control inspections and document findings throughout the production process.
- Clean and maintain machinery, tools, and work spaces to promote safety and efficiency.
- Power down equipment at end of shift or when unattended.
- Collaborate with team members through cross-training and process improvement initiatives.
- Follow established procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain a safe working area throughout the shift
- Follow company's Safety policies and procedures
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, medical device manufacturing preferred
- Experience in extrusion and/or printing preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Knowledge of or ability to work within a quality managed environment and comply with company's quality management system.
- Skilled with basic hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.
- Self-motivated, focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Team player and adaptable to company's culture
