We’re seeking an experienced Master Scheduler / Senior Production Planner to drive MPS, capacity planning, and SIOP in a manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Inventory teams and leads scheduling strategy across production.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with demand, capacity, and business priorities
• Drive SIOP
  , capacity planning, and scheduling strategy across domestic and international production
• Optimize ERP/MRP planning parameters (lead times, safety stock, planning horizons)
• Identify and resolve capacity constraints and material shortages before they impact production
• Lead planning for new product introductions and engineering changes
• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Inventory Control, and Demand Planning
• Oversee site-level inventory alignment and support inventory reduction initiatives
• Lead and develop 1–2 direct reports
• Track and improve scheduling KPIs, throughput, and capacity utilization
• Support lean manufacturing, Kanban, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of production or supply chain planning experience (manufacturing)
• 1–2 years in a master scheduling or senior planning role
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
• APICS CPIM or CSCP preferred
• Strong ERP/MRP experience (Net Suite preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills;
  Tableau/Smartsheet a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional leadership skills
