General Laborer - Spray Foam Crew

We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Laborer to join our spray foam insulation team. This role involves assisting with the preparation, application, and cleanup of spray foam insulation projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well in a team environment, and is committed to maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Assist in preparing job sites for spray foam insulation application, including masking, taping, and surface preparation.
• Operate and maintain spray foam equipment.
• Mix, load, and apply spray foam insulation materials to walls, ceilings, roofs, and other designated areas.
• Safely handle and transport materials and tools to and from work areas.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Work in a variety of environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
• Support other crew members as needed to complete projects efficiently and to company standards.

• Minimum of 2 years of spray foam experience required.
• Previous construction or insulation experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate beyond the spray foam requirement.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments (heights, confined spaces, varying temperatures).
• Comfortable working with power tools and spray equipment.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

• Work is performed indoors and outdoors, in varying weather conditions.
• Exposure to spray foam chemicals; proper safety training and equipment will be provided.
