Our 350 person non-union manufacturing client is investing in safety leadership at the plant level — not to maintain the status quo, but to reset habits, rebuild credibility, and drive step-by-step improvement alongside a strong, engaged Plant Manager.
This is not a paper-only or enforcement-first role.
It is a culture building role and very visible within the organization.
What You’ll Do- Lead site safety strategy and daily execution
- Be present on the floor — coaching, listening, influencing
- Strengthen compliance while improving behaviors and outcomes
- Help leaders and employees take ownership of safety, together
- Manufacturing or industrial safety professionals who “get it”
- Leaders who know how fast to push — and when not to
- People who can reach hearts and minds without lowering standards
- Earlier-to-mid-career safety leaders ready to build something meaningful and keep people safe.
