• Set‑up, operate, and adjust machines and equipment such as upsetters, heating units, jib crane, stamping press, trim press, manipulator, forging hammer, forklift, bulldozer press, robotic and CNC controls, and other departmental equipment to produce a good quality product.
• Inspect, gauge, count, measure, identify, drill, heat, stamp, upset, forge, trim, form, bend, sort, load, unload, deliver, and stack parts and materials.
• Make visual inspections, record production and scrap, keep required production records, and perform other operations as required.
• Read and interpret drawings, routing sheets, use calipers, gauges, and other measuring devices.
• Furnish own hand tools.
• Maintain machines, equipment, and work area in a clean and orderly manner.

• Ability to sit and/or stand and perform repetitive work for a minimum of eight hours.
• Ability to walk, hear, see, read, and have full use of both hands.
• Lift 50 lbs from floor to waist high and waist to floor.
• Lift and carry 60 lbs continuously.
• Lift and carry 75 lbs intermittently.
