What You'll Do: Dive into exciting projects, assembling mechanical components and systems with hand power tools. You'll be reading blueprints like a pro and performing light machining tasks such as drilling and tapping. Your sharp eye for detail will ensure top‑quality assemblies, and you'll work closely with engineers and teammates to keep improving our processes. Keeping your workspace clean and safe will be second nature.
What We Need: We're looking for someone with experience in mechanical assembly, who is comfortable with hand power tools and measuring instruments. If you can read blueprints and technical drawings, that's a huge plus. A basic understanding of machining techniques would be beneficial, as is a sharp eye for detail and a passion for quality. Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team are key.
If you've ever been a shade tree mechanic, construction worker, or iron worker, you already have a strong foundation for success in this role—we'll help you build on those skills!
