• Set up and operate screw machines for manufacturing precision fasteners.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine required tools and materials.
• Select, mount, and align tooling attachments and materials.
• Adjust machine settings to meet specifications.
• Monitor production runs using measuring devices such as comparators, micrometers, calipers, and inspection gauges.
• Rework and direct reworking of tooling as needed.
• Maintain accurate statistical process control records.
• Meet productivity and quality targets to support departmental goals.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
• Record keeping, data entry, housekeeping, and adherence to safety regulations.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Blueprint reading proficiency.

High school diploma or GED; minimum of four (4) years operating various screw machines or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Regular standing, handling, and communication; occasional walking and reaching. Lifting up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Expected pay range: $20.67 - $38.46 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
