Skilled Progressive Header Operators – Up to $60/Hour + Potential Sign-On Bonus! - 2nd shift - 1:30-10:00pm shift differential. We’re seeking skilled Header Operators to join our team onsite in City of Industry, CA—offering up to $60 per hour and a potential sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

- JOB SUMMARY:
Set up and operate multi-die headers for manufacturing precision aircraft-quality fasteners. - Read and interpret documents (blueprints, drawings, or manufacturing work orders) to determine tools and materials necessary for producing parts to precision tolerances to aircraft specifications.
- Set up and operate, on a production basis, all assigned headers and their related products, including settings and adjustments to produce parts to specifications.
- Select, mount, and adjust tooling attachments and materials in proper order; make necessary adjustments to produce parts of acceptable quality.
- Load machines with raw material and monitor production run using measuring devices (e.g., comparators, micrometers, calipers, and various other inspection gauges).
- Rework and direct reworking of tooling as needed.
- Maintain accurate statistical process control records when required, making adjustments during production as directed by SPC data.
- Meet and maintain productivity and quality requirements to support departmental goals and schedules; provide training to departmental personnel for all aspects of machine setup and operation.
- Perform minor preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
- Perform record keeping, data entry, housekeeping, and follow safety regulations.

This role is required to be on-site 5 days at the City of Industry, CA location.
- Education and/or
Experience:
Experience in heading aircraft quality fasteners on multi-die machines required (4 and 5 die Progressive Header). High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $35.00-$60.00 per hour.
Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
