Team Lead CNC Machinist - 2nd shift

Job Description

We are seeking a Team Lead CNC Machinist for our 2nd shift. We are a solid and growing company, diversified in many industries, and are looking for an individual who can join our team and contribute to our continuing success. The ideal candidate is responsible, thrives in a team environment, and seeks longevity in the workplace. Must be versatile, work with minimal supervision, provide leadership to a small team, perform set‑ups and operation, and have programming skills as a plus.

• Set‑up and operate a variety of CNC machines and equipment, including robotic cells and machine parts according to customer specifications.
• Verify machine settings by measuring positions and first‑run parts.
• Inspect and measure machined parts to ensure blueprint specifications are met.
• Monitor dimensions and make adjustments as required to maintain tolerances.
• Document actions by completing production and quality logs as required.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times.
• Comply with all company processes, procedures, quality directives and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 5+ years of CNC machining/operating experience.
• Ability to use measuring instruments such as gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
• Ability to make edits.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
