About the OpportunityJoin one of the nation’s leading dairy cooperatives, a cornerstone in the U.S. food and beverage manufacturing industry. This operation supplies top-tier dairy products through state-of-the-art facilities that uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The Pacific, MO plant is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Night Shift) to lead a skilled team, drive reliability initiatives, and ensure efficient, safe plant operations.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Supervise and provide direction to a maintenance team of 4–5 employees.
- Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Coordinate and assign daily maintenance work orders and ensure safe, efficient task execution.
- Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical and electrical systems including PLCs, pumps, valves, conveyors, fillers, boilers, and ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for breakdowns and failures.
- Oversee maintenance supplies and spare parts inventory management.
- Train and develop team members on safe operating procedures, preventive maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Assist Maintenance Manager with CAPEX projects and daily plant operations.
- High school diploma or technical degree required (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of maintenance experience (food, beverage, or pharmaceutical experience preferred).
- 3+ years of supervisory or lead experience.
- Strong electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with SAP, lean/continuous improvement methods, and maintenance tracking systems (CMMS).
- Ability to work night shifts and lead by example in a high‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Competitive pay range: $90K–$100K base + 5% bonus
